PR stunt at the right time
As the Americans say "opportunity knocks". Therefore we pull a PR-stunt every now and then. Like placing posters on election billboards throughout the country during election time. Poster made to believe the public a new political party entered the elections. An accompanying press release at just the right journalists gave the final push. De Volkskrant was the national newspaper that revealed New York Pizza was behind it all.

PR Kit gives local media support
New York Pizza is the most successful pizza chain in the Netherlands. This was recently confirmed once again by the opening of their 109th branch. last year the chain has opened a new restaurant every three weeks. AmsterdamPR has developed a Public Relations kit to provide local support for the opening of each new branch.

Development of a successful PR diary
The Dutch Ski Federation is Holland’s official sports association for (semi)professional skiers and snowboarders, like World Cup winner and Olympic golden medallist snowboarding Nicolien Sauerbreij. Along with the communications department of the Ski Federation, AmsterdamPR developed a calendar of Public Relations moments, as the result of a very successful test we did the year before. This winter season dozens of websites and printed media picked up the press releases we wrote and distributed. Besides this, AmsterdamPR also gave editorial support in making magazines and developed brochures for the Ski Federation.
East Midlands
Media discovers hidden treasure of England
After years in the public shade, the East Midlands is now in the spotlight. AmsterdamPR keeps sending one journalist after another to this beautiful region in England. As the media have paid hardly any attention to the East Midlands up to the moment we started our PR work, each journalist comes back with a unique story. One goes by motorbike, another by bike and yet another by boat. They visit gardens, castles, culinary temples, the third shopping city of the UK, golf courses, country estates and many other sights.

New Balance makes men run for their money
Recently AmsterdamPR got two more articles in the weekly magazine HP/De Tijd and the Runners World magazine about the Marathon des Sables, a 200 kilometer ultra run through the Moroccan part of the Sahara desert. This event was of course sponsored by New Balance, the only sport shoes brand in the world to make shoes in different widths. For races like this one, New Balance even has a special shoe that keeps the sand out and prevents nasty injuries.
Stijn Koomen
Supporting media appearances
Actor Stijn Koomen made a major breakthrough in the film "RU There". In this film directed by David Verbeek, Koomen plays a young professional gamer who visits Taiwan for a tournament. He lives in a virtual world where he has everything under control. Confronted with a serious accident he suddenly begins to question all certainties of life. The 23-year-old Koomen previously starred in the film Intermediate from director Mijke de Jong and in three seasons of the hit series I'm William. The first film in which he played was Simon from Eddy Terstall. AmsterdamPR supported media appearances by Stijn Koomen.
Killing Sisters in Amsterdam
KILLING SISTERS is the first Late Night theater show in The Netherlands.
The concept was first seen in the USA where it has proven to be successfull new theatre concept to attract a yoiunger audience. Killing Sisters is a new initiative of the actresses Mouna Goeman Borgesius, Margo Dames and director Géraldine Verhoeven.
